Authorization for the processing and use of personal data.

In accordance with the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012 “which establishes the general provisions for the protection of personal data” and Decree 1377 of 2013, which partially regulate it, I state that I give my express and clear authorization so that Obrarte SAS can process and use my personal data, which will be reported in the database for which the said organization is responsible and which have been collected in the contractual relationships that it carries out in the development of its corporate purpose.

In accordance with the aforementioned regulations, Obrarte SAS is expressly and unequivocally authorized to maintain and handle the information provided, only for those purposes for which it is empowered and always respecting the current regulations on the protection of personal data.

Notwithstanding this authorization, I reserve the right to exercise at any time the possibility of knowing, updating, rectifying, and requesting the deletion of my personal data in the organization's database, when I deem it appropriate.

Rental terms

To rent for one (1) month, three (3) months, six (6) months or twelve (12) months. In addition, you must pay a deposit (12%) which will be returned when the work is returned. When you wish to buy the work, the money invested plus the deposit will be credited to the total purchase price and the customer only needs to pay the difference. You have seven (7) calendar days to review if you are satisfied with the work from the delivery of the work in order to withdraw from the purchase of the same, in accordance with the applicable legislation. Once the seven (7) day period has elapsed, Culto will not accept returns for withdrawal of purchases of works.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 47 of the Consumer Statute, Users may exercise the right of withdrawal of the Product purchased within (5) five business days following the receipt of the goods, provided that its nature allows it and the condition of the goods and its packaging is the same as when it was received. The reversals will be made for the value of the Product paid by the Customer in the respective transaction. In no case will Culto make partial reversals of the value of a Product.

To return a Product, the User must contact Culto. The return of a Product will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions indicated in the Consumer Statute, and, to the extent that it does not contradict it, by the terms and conditions specified by the Seller. Every Product must be returned in the same conditions in which it was received, with all the accessories supplied, without damages, without being used, in its original packaging, and must be sent to the address communicated by the Seller.

Returns will not be accepted for the purpose of withdrawal for works that are in their original condition, have been used or handled under conditions that are deemed to go beyond what is necessary to verify their delivery conditions.

After completing the withdrawal on the website, the customer will have 5 business days to inform us of the reverse logistics guide for the return of the product, if the product is not sent within this period, it will be understood that the customer wishes to cancel the withdrawal.

Culto will refund the User through the same payment methods used to pay for their order.
